Every family accepted into the program from one of the above referral sources will be provided the Sexual Abuse Treatment services at no cost to the participants. Services are provided through a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

TO MAKE A REFERRAL
CPS Workers - 108 Referral Form, CWS-75 and CWS-76 (CPS: Voluntary) - also, if the case will be court involved, please indicate to us which group the case is going to (unless it is obvious by which group you are in) and the worker if known. It is very helpful to receive referrals on the children if they are going into custody so we will know when they are therapeutically ready for the Safety Plan.

Permanency Planning Workers - 108 Referral Form, CWS 75, CWS-76 Safety Assessment - it is essential that we receive all paperwork before we can open the case on the parents. It is very helpful to receive referrals on the children otherwise we find it very difficult to do the Safety Plan and have it be effective. We must staff these cases monthly; we are mandated by the state office to do this face-to-face.

Court Order - we require a copy of the court order and other information as noted.

Indian Child Welfare - please send a referral form (we can send you an example), a voluntary treatment plan for the parents and children, and a safety assessment (for Protective Services).
